Casa Marlin Azul comes fully equipped with all the amenities you would expect from a luxurious vacation home. Featuring indoor and outdoor living areas, Casa Marlin Azul was architecturally designed to help its visitors enjoy the beauty of the East Cape without giving up the comforts of home.
We took great care when choosing the amenities for Casa Marlin Azul to make sure that our guests will feel like family during their stay. Casa Marlin Azul aims to exceed expectations by going above and beyond the basics of air conditioning, a full kitchen, dining and living areas, laundry machines, and large garage.

GREAT KITCHEN
Casa Marlin Azul has a full kitchen with granite countertops, bar area with stools, and everything that you’re going to need during your stay to cook delicious meals. It comes equipped with an oven range, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, and dishwasher. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, bowls, drinkware, silverware, utensils, pots, and pans. Whether you want to make scrambled eggs with toast and coffee or an elaborate holiday dinner, the kitchen has you covered.

INDOOR LIVING
After a long day on the water, there’s nothing quite like returning home to Casa Marlin Azul. From laying back on the couch and relaxing with a movie or delighting your taste buds with a traditional Mexican meal (ask us how to arrange catering prior to your arrival) at the rustic wood dining table, you’ll be able to find a nook to recharge.
LIVING ROOM
The living room has two large couches and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV as well as glass doors that provide a beach view. Local artisanal decorations provide warmth and comfort to this gathering area.
POOL TABLE
A professional full-size professional pool table is positioned right next to the living room. Pick up a cue and unwind.
DINING AREA
Between the kitchen and outdoor patio, the large dining area can comfortably accommodate eight adults. Providing a great view of the beach that is just a few steps away, glass sliding doors blur the lines between the outside and inside in the indoor dining area.
OFFICE + WIFI
If you need to get some work done or catch up on emails while still relaxing and enjoying yourself, you can take advantage of the desk that is located right outside of the Marlin Azul bedroom and next to the dining area. We have strong WiFi throughout the house, but you won’t be needing too much of that with the sea calling you to come and explore.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Surrounded by sand, Casa Marlin Azul places guests right on the beach (quite literally actually). The outside patio, rooftop deck, dining room, and living room provide guests a front-row seat to the incredible sunrises and sunsets that can’t be found anywhere else in the world. Watch the sun paint the sky and transform the blues to bright pinks, oranges, and reds. We highly recommend grabbing one of our beach chairs, wrapping yourself in a blanket, getting a warm cup of coffee, and dipping your toes in the water for at least one early morning sunrise during your stay.
ROOFTOP DECK
The rooftop deck and bar provide a 360°view of the ocean, desert, surrounding mountains, and even whales! Grab a beer or glass of wine and head up the stairs to take in the beauty of Baja California Sur. Want to know a secret? The best view comes out after the sun sets and the stars come out. With very little light pollution, the sky lights up with Venus, Jupiter, and Saturn as well as many other celestial bodies. The rooftop deck is also the perfect place for early morning yoga as the sun rises.
OUTDOOR PATIO
The outdoor patio is accessible through four sets of sliding glass doors. Equipped with a large grill and sink, the patio is designed for outdoor living. Grill up your catch from the day’s fishing adventure or enjoy having a drink outside as the sun sets on the horizon.
FISHING
Anglers will want to be prepared and bring tackle to the beach as shoals of baitfish jumping out of the water will beckon you to cast a line.
WATERSPORTS
There’s no need to pay fees to rent watersports equipment! Casa Marlin Azul has two kayaks and a paddleboard that guests are free to use at no additional cost.

Even though the East Cape may be far from home, we still aim to deliver every comfort to our guests. Rest assured that you’ll have all the conveniences of being at home at Casa Marlin Azul.
GARAGE
A large two-car garage offers enough space to safely park multiple cars and even quad rentals.
LAUNDRY
Located in the spacious two-car garage, the full-size washer and dryer also come stocked with detergent and softener. So, whether you want to pack heavy or light, you’ll always have clean clothes during your stay.
SECURITY
Located just down the road from the brand-new luxurious Costa Palmas resort, Casa Marlin Azul is both safe and secluded. Gates surround the house. Security cameras of the outdoor perimeter also afford additional protection.
